Our Classes
Now Enrolling for February, 2026
Flower Mesa is a weekend Forest School, hosting classes on Fridays and Saturdays, for four hours. Each class meets once a month.
We have a Saturday class, the Blazingstar class, designed specifically for the youngest children, ages 3-5 which meets on the first Saturday of the month.
Our mixed-aged group, the Chamisa class, is for children ages 3-10, and meets on the second Saturday of the month.
We have a mixed-aged class, the Wild Rose Class, designed for homeschoolers, meeting on the third Friday of the month, for children ages 3-10.
We have a class for older children and teens, for ages 11-15, on the fourth Saturday of the month.
Classes begin in February, 2026. Families register for a six-month session, covering one class a month, at $55.00 per class. The tuition is $330.00, for the six month session, in addition to a $25.00 registration fee. The registration fee is a one-time expense that covers the application and registration process. Please reach out if you have particular circumstances with tuition or scheduling.
The Blazingstar Class
For children 3-6 years old, this class is designed specifically to meet the needs of the youngest children and gets them home in time for a nap or rest time. This class meets on the first Saturday of the month from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. The session begins on February 7, 2026. The cost is $55.00 per class with a $20.00 registration fee.
The Wild Rose Class
For children 3-10 years old, this class is designed to meet the needs of a mixed-aged group of homeschoolers. This class meets on the third Friday of the month from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. The session begins on February 20, 2026. The cost is $55.00 per class with a $20.00 registration fee.
The Chamisa Class
This class is for children ages 3-10 and is designed for a mixed-age group of children. It takes place on the second Saturday of the month from 11:00am-3:00pm. The session begins on February 14, 2026. The cost is $55.00 per class with a $20.00 registration fee.
The Cholla Class
This class is for children ages 11-15, and is designed for the specific needs of this age group. It takes place on the fourth Saturday of the month from 11:00am-3:00pm. The session begins on February 28, 2026. The cost is $55.00 per class with a $20.00 registration fee

It is possible to register for several classes a month, if space is available. A family may decide to attend both the first and second Saturdays, for example. The tuition would then be $660.00 in addition to the $25.00 registration fee.
